Terms & Conditions

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to, repairs, installations, inspections, maintenance, and emergency services. All services are subject to technician availability and scheduling.

• Written and verbal estimates are good-faith estimates and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing may vary due to site conditions, code requirements, concealed defects, or customer-approved scope changes. We will seek your approval before performing additional billable work.
• Travel, diagnostic, permit, and disposal fees may apply where applicable.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted methods: cash, major credit/debit cards, and check (subject to verification). Returned checks may incur fees.
• Unpaid balances may accrue late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a service/dispatch fee.
• We may reschedule for safety, severe weather, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Labor Warranty: Our workmanship is guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of service.
• Parts & Equipment: Covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. We will assist with claims within reasonable bounds.
• Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, intentional damage, normal wear and tear, or alterations by third parties.
• Warranty service is performed during normal business hours unless otherwise specified.

Tip: Keep your invoice—proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

• Client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to work areas, including moving personal property and securing pets.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions (e.g., hidden leaks, deteriorated piping, code violations) discovered during service.
• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Work will be performed in a manner intended to comply with applicable codes and standards. Permits and inspections, when required, may be obtained by us or the client as agreed, and related fees will be billed accordingly.

Emergency response is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Response times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

All content, logos, and materials on Stahl Plumbing's website are owned by Stahl Plumbing or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent. You agree not to misuse our website, submit false requests, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or any work performed will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
